Generally, WEST will set the terms for each new client individually. As a guideline, for your first order, a 50% deposit is usually requested to proceed, while the remaining balance will be invoiced as Net 30. As long as a good standing is maintained, your organization will then enjoy Net 30 terms on all orders. Incentives are offered for faster methods of payment. WEST accepts all major credit cards along with company cheques. Our realtionships with our clients are pliant, and will be molded to serve you individually in the best way possible. Prices are always presented in Canadian dollars.

WEST offers special incentives and pricing for qualifying customers interested in entering into a contractual agreement for the management and production of promotional goods. Details on this special service will be provided by request.

Special requests, adjustments, and changes are available on all our garments, however, changes may affect both the cost and the delivery date. An accurate quotation will be prepared for you when all the details have been discussed and arranged.

Custom made garments ship from Calgary, Alberta. There is no freight or delivery fee for any shipment with a destination of Calgary, Canmore, Banff, Lake Louise, or any location in the Bow Valley. All other shipments will be charged FOB Calgary freight. All goods shipped from Canada to an international destination will be pre-cleared through customs. If duty applies, you will be informed in advance of this fee and invoiced accordingly. International orders are charged no Canadian GST tax, however, your individual Provincial, State, or Federal taxes are your own responsibility. In many cases, WEST will arrange for the shipment of your order from a supplier that is geographically close to your destination, saving you both time and freight charges.

Even with the highest standards of quality control, errors may occasionally occur. WEST will not charge for any returned order that was not 100% satisfactory. All custom clothing carries a lifetime manufacturing guarantee.

Our fabric suppliers are highly reliable, however, not all colors of all fabrics are available at all times.
